Coming North;
From the Inland Highway, take exit 51, turn left onto Highway 4a (Old Alberni Highway) towards Coombs. You will pass the Co-op Gas Station - continue towards Coombs. Approximately 1km before Coombs, the road signs show `Coombs 1km`, then `World Parrott Refuge`. Just after the `Parrott Refuge` sign, turn right, and over go the rail tracks. Stay on the paved road for 400 yds, then turn left onto Halona Way. At the end of Halona Way, turn right. After 150yds you will see the workshop on the right.
Coming South;
From the Inland Highway, take exit 60, turn right onto Highway 4 towards Port Alberni and Tofino. At the traffic lights, turn left onto Highway 4a towards Coombs. Drive through Coombs and on towards Parksville for approx 1km. You will see the `World Parrot Refuge` on the right, then immediately afterwards a turn to the left. Turn left, and over the rail tracks. Stay on the paved road for 400 yds, then turn left onto Halona Way. At the end of Halona Way, turn right. After 150 yds you will see the workshop on the right.
